6. Known as Nollaig na mBan, “Little Christmas” or “Women’s Christmas,” is January 6, the end of the Christmas season in Ireland. The holiday relieves women of their household chores and leaves the work up to the men for the day, as the women would head to the pub for a, “Girls Night Out”.
