The Church Ladies Presents - Red, White, and Slay!
The Church Ladies are BACK with a BANG! Their EXPLOSIVE Red White & Slay Drag Show comes to The Church Entertainment Lounge on Sunday, June 25th! It’s a fun-spirited, lighthearted production, featuring some of the finest female impersonators from throughout the state of North Carolina - including Miss North Carolina America and former Miss Gay North Carolina US of A at Large winners. This event promises to be a dazzling display of performances by the talented Ariel Nicole Knight Addams, Shelita Bonet Hoyle, Paris Brooks Bonet, and Kirby Kolby. Hurry up and spread the word! Tell everyone you know to purchase tickets to one or both of our star-spangled shows! These ladies are here to SLAY!
Performing Queens: Fayetteville’s own Ariel Nicole Knight Addams, a local entrepreneur, and owner of Bobby’s Barber Glamour Bar Beauty Salon. Ariel’s titles include Miss Tennessee US of A at Large, Top 5 of US of A at Large, as well as the reigning Miss Legends. Paris Brooks-Bonet is well known for her characterization of Anita Baker. She has captured the titles of Miss Chemistry, Miss NC Mardi Gras, Miss Gay North Carolina America 2021 as well as a host of others! Shelita Bonet Hoyle- was a Top 10 Finalist at Miss Gay America 2019 and a Body Positive Activist. “A true southern lady never leaves the house without her pearls and a clean pair of underwear. Could you imagine gettin' into a car wreck with dirty underwear? Oh me, oh my- what would the neighbors think?” And Kirby Kolby, affectionately referred to as the "First Lady of Raleigh", blending a little attitude, class, and sass to her shows she leaves her audience fully entertained! Some of the titles she has held are Miss Gay NC America, Miss Gay West Virginia, Miss Gay Mid-West, Miss NC World, Miss NC for Female Impersonators, and Miss NC Continental.
